Welcome Back, Students!

Welcome back to Pacific (and for all the new Tigers, welcome for the first time!). We hope you had a wonderful, relaxing summer and are geared up for an awesome fall semester.

For those of you who are new to the University Stockton campus, the Pacific Technology Helpdesk, located in the Raymond Common Room, is your one-stop shop for things technology related. We have walk-in hours daily where you can have hardware and software issues addressed, as well as an online portal, phone and email support.

ServiceNow, our online portal, gives students, faculty and staff easy self-service access to request and receive assistance.

Our hours during move-in weekend are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday for the Stockton Campus. During the remainder of the semester, the Stockton Helpdesk hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the Sacramento Helpdesk hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
